The Plan, The Deal, The Goals

THE PLAN 
  • The plan is to run at least 1 mile per day during my summer vacation
  • Summer vacation is from Friday, June 17th through Sunday, August 28th
  • My mile or more can be completed outdoors or indoors on a treadmill 
  • I intend to incorporate the following into my daily runs throughout the week: intervals, hill workout, tempo run, and of course the dreaded long run day
THE DEAL
  • I run everyday, I will get 2  3 free lunches from Lynn and a free lunch from Adam 
  • I lose and I am buying Lynn  3 lunches and Adam 1 lunch
THE GOALS
  • Run at least 1 mile per day during my summer vacation
  • Decreased my average mile time from 10:00 to 9:00 (or even 8:30)
  • Train to complete a 3rd half marathon this fall in under 2 hours 
  • Work to heal my knee and hip through consistency and stretching
